-When Commissioning me, all payment is due through Paypal or an in-person cash exchange, in USD, with payment due at the time of commissioning.
-No artwork, writing, or other products produced by me are to be used in the training or use of any AI or AI utilizing projects or programs.
-No artwork, writing, or other products produced by me are to be used as or converted into NFTs or used in NFT utilizing projects or programs.
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to refuse any commission request at-will.
-No more than 2 sets of revisions are accepted after final preview (i.e. A finished, fully rendered to commission criteria piece cannot be tweaked more than twice.)
-Commissions and other artwork cannot be used for any branding, products, or permanent body art by the commissioner unless discussed before the time of commissioning.
-I shall retain ownership over all custom recipes written for commissioners and may use them as desired elsewhere.
-How adopts, character/creature designs, and character/creature references are used after the time of sale by individuals outside of the above criteria is not my responsibility or up to my decision.
-Should I cancel a commission, a full refund will be issued.
-Should a commissioner cancel a commission before completion they will only be refunded for work not done (i.e. a commission cancelled at the sketch or lineart stage would be refunded for all but the price of the sketch. A commissioner with no work yet done on their order will be fully refunded.
-All above rules apply to other project work as well, and will be discussed with hiring parties.
